Our Advice Process
Step 1: Getting Started
This is where you can tell us what is important to you and what you would like to achieve.
You can do this by contacting us via either a phone call or an online enquiry.
Step 2: Initial Meetings
This step will involve one or more meetings, during which we will discuss/collect information on your current financial situation and gain an understanding of what really matters to you, your goals and priorities.
During this stage, we identify and discuss with you any ‘gaps’ as well as your options and choices. We work with you to build a model that empowers you to take control of your financial future through the choices you make.
Step 3: Your Financial Plan
One of our experienced financial planners will prepare a statement of advice (SOA) that explains in detail the strategies we are recommending to you.
The SOA will set out the strategies that have been specifically designed to help you achieve your financial goals and objectives.
Step 4: Implementation of Your Plan
Once you are comfortable with your financial plan and the recommendations, we will help you with its implementation.
We will provide you with the necessary paperwork and follow up on any outstanding issues.
Step 5: Ensuring your strategy remains relevant
Reviewing your portfolio will largely determine its success. We do this by conducting regular face to face reviews.
As part of a review, we will track the performance of your strategies and inform you of its progress.
We will also continue to work with you to ensure that your changing needs and circumstances are reflected in your existing strategy, and if not we will recommend the relevant changes.
